Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about preparing design files, picking materials, and delivery timelines.

What file formats do you accept? +
For 3D printing, we prefer .STL, .OBJ, or .3MF formats. For CAD design and modeling assistance, we accept standard exchange formats including .STEP, .IGES, and native SolidWorks or Fusion 360 design files.
How do I choose between FDM and SLA Resin? +
Choose FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) if you require strong structural integrity, mechanical brackets, heat-resistant components, or larger parts. Choose SLA (Stereolithography Resin) if you require extremely fine surface detail, miniature figurines, clear transparent parts, or casting molds.
What is your maximum printing build volume? +
Our FDM workspace capacity is up to 300 x 300 x 400 mm. For SLA resin prints, our high-resolution build envelope is 200 x 120 x 220 mm. Larger structures can be sectioned, printed, and chemically welded with high-strength joints.
Can you print from a sketch or a physical part? +
Yes! If you do not have a digital CAD model, we offer comprehensive CAD and reverse engineering services. You can send us drawing dimensions, a physical part to scan/measure, or a 2D sketch, and we will build the print-ready model from scratch.
